10 Ways Educators Can Make Classrooms More Innovative
The purpose of this paper is to present an analytical review of the educational innovation field in the USA. It outlines classification of innovations, discusses the hurdles to innovation, and offers ways to increase the scale and rate of innovation-based transformations in the education system. US education badly needs effective innovations of scale that can help produce the needed high-quality learning outcomes across the system. The primary focus of educational innovations should be on teaching and learning theory and practice, as well as on the learner, parents, community, society, and its culture. Technology applications need a solid theoretical foundation based on purposeful, systemic research, and a sound pedagogy. One of the critical areas of research and innovation can be cost and time efficiency of the learning.
Innovation and passion for learning can lead to substantial success. I've seen many different ways educators approach teaching--from the traditional learning model to some of the most innovative and creative classrooms. For the purpose of this article, I will focus on some of the most creative and innovative areas I've practiced or have seen over the past decade across classrooms. A quilt, a webpage, a decoration, an invention? As a child, do you remember the pride you felt when you showed your parents a LEGO creation or a fairy house or even a mud pie? Creativity belongs everywhere, not just in childhood games and extracurriculars. Students of all ages need to learn by creating — it helps to synthesize information and bring joy and meaning into their educational experience.
For this to happen, classroom experience should be redefined and innovative ideas that make teaching learning methods more effective should be implemented.

Innovation in education: what works, what doesn’t, and what to do about it?
True innovation does exist and can be recognized, but it is a complex and relatively rare phenomenon that is context-specific. What may be innovative in a rural primary school in a developing country may not be so in a university class. Technology is very much part of language learning throughout the world at all different levels. Innovations in Language Learning Technologies help create more independent learners who stay motivated and get the results they are looking for.
